At Arts By Dhun, each gift is made just for you – using your photos, names, messages, and details. Because our products are fully personalized, they cannot be reused or resold.

No Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges

Once an order is placed, we are unable to, cancel it, offer refunds, accept returns or exchanges.

We request you to double-check all details before placing your order.

In Case of Damage

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help (providing with half amount refund paid for the product(s) alone) — but we need:

A complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the damaged product)

The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited

Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process an exchange.
