This website is operated by Arts By Dhun. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Arts By Dhun. Arts By Dhun offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
1. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 10–12 working days, not including weekends and public holidays.
We currently ship all over India.
While we always try to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control like weather, strikes, courier issues, or natural calamities.
If delivery fails due to unreachable phone numbers, wrong addresses, or closed doors, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges will apply.
2. Customization & Return Policy
All our products are custom-made with your photos and personal details—so they are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable.
If there’s any issue (wrong or damaged product), it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a complaint, you must share a complete, clear unboxing video from start to finish.
Without full video proof, we won’t be able to process exchanges or claims.
3. Handmade Product Variations
Each Arts By Dhun creation is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, design, or finish may happen.
These small differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade gifting.
4. Pricing & Product Changes
Product prices, designs, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
We may update our website, catalog, or listing to reflect changes as needed.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, photos, videos, fonts, templates, and content are the intellectual property of Arts By Dhun.
You cannot copy, use, or share any of our work without written permission.
Any reproduction, resale, or unauthorized sharing will be considered a legal violation.
6. Client Images & Consent
Photos or videos shared with us by clients may be used for showcasing our work on social media or promotional materials.
This is based on the implied understanding that the client has voluntarily shared them.
If you’d prefer we don’t share your order publicly, just let us know, we’ll respect your request and remove the content immediately.
7. Privacy
We value your trust. Your personal data is safe with us and is only used to fulfill your orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every care to create and deliver your orders with love and accuracy, we are not responsible for any indirect damages, losses, or delays beyond our control.
Maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid or half the amount paid for the product.
9. Warranty
Since every Arts By Dhun product is custom-made and handcrafted with care, we do not offer a standard warranty on any of our items. However, we are always here to help if something goes wrong under the following conditions:
What’s Covered:
Manufacturing defects or damage during transit, if reported within 24 hours of delivery with full unboxing video proof.
The issue must be visible in the unedited video, starting from the sealed package being opened.
Please Remember:
All claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Claims without complete and clear unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
